Following the premiere of Oliver! in September 1968, Jack was much in demand for music and variety shows, and his recording contracts with Capitol and Buddah Records led to many other appearances. During his career, Jack appeared with some of the biggest names in show-business.
Below are several of the shows on which Jack made a guest appearance and performed a song or was involved in a sketch. The list will be added to over time. It does not include shows on which he was only interviewed: there were dozens of these, ranging from The Wednesday Show (1968) to Celebrate: Oliver! (2005).
